curso avanzando la transparencia presupuestaria para el desarrollo es ofrecido por la Iniciativa Global para la Transparencia Fiscal (GIFT) y su realizaci\u00f3n ha sido posible gracias al generoso financiamiento del Departamento de Estado de los Estados Unidos. Este curso est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para ayudar a los pa\u00edses y reformadores individuales a avanzar e institucionalizar mejoras en la transparencia presupuestaria. El curso cCubre qu\u00e9 significa la transparencia presupuestaria; por qu\u00e9 es importante; qui\u00e9nes son los actores clave; normas y est\u00e1ndares de mejores pr\u00e1cticas; c\u00f3mo se mide y c\u00f3mo se puede mejorar.
